Matrix Minds is a product engineering company based in Cairo, Egypt. We design and build software — and then keep building it once it is live.
We are a small team, and we work like one: the people who scope a product are the people who build it. That is a deliberate choice, not a stage we are trying to grow out of. It keeps context intact and decisions fast.
We are AI-native. AI is part of our engineering process from discovery through maintenance, which is how a focused team covers product, design, backend, frontend and delivery on a single project. Architecture, review, security and everything we tell you stay with the engineers responsible for the result.
We work with founders who need a technical partner rather than a set of contractors, and with businesses that need custom software, internal systems, automation or AI features. We work in English and Arabic, and we are set up to work remotely with teams in the Gulf and further afield — Cairo is one hour from Riyadh and shares most of the working week.
